作法
- 煮熟的黎麥和黃豆,請見“健康備餐準備“。
- 將煮好的藜麥、黃豆、大燕麥片和3杯水倒入果汁機中,打至所有食材均勻細緻後,將植物奶倒入鍋中。
- 再將剩下的1杯水倒入果汁機中,輕輕打幾下後,將植物奶也倒入鍋中。
- 鍋子放在爐子上加熱煮,經常攪拌一旦開始沸騰,立即關火。(因為所有 的食材皆已煮熟。)
- 待藜麥全豆奶冷卻至室溫,倒入乾燥洗淨的玻璃瓶。放冰箱冷藏可保存約3-4天。

INGREDIENTS
- 1 C cooked quinoa
- 1 C cooked soybeans
- 2 TB organic gluten free oat flakes
- 4 C water
DIRECTIONS
- Please see the “Healthy Cooking Prep” for the cooked quinoa and soy bean.
- Pour the cooked quinoa, soybeans, quick oats, and 3 cups of water into a blender and blend until all the ingredients are evenly smooth. Then pour the plant-based milk into a pot.
- Pour the remaining 1 cup of water into the blender and pulse a few times before pouring it into the pot.
- Place the pot on the stove and heat, stirring frequently. Once it starts boiling, immediately turn off the heat. (Since all the ingredients are already cooked)
- Once the quinoa whole soy plant-based milk cools to room temperature, pour it into a dry, clean glass jar. Store in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days.
KITCHEN TIPS
- Storage:Last 3-4 days in the refrigerator.
- Adjust the sweetness and flavor according to your preference by adding honey or turmeric.
- Add more or less water depending on how thick or thin you prefer the milk to be.
- Skipping the straining step will result in a thicker, creamier texture since all the plant-based ingredients are kept intact.
