香蕉柿子燕麥餅

我總是在冰箱裡存放一些健康的燕麥餅,以備在忙碌的時候,直接配上用場!
這款軟餅不但營養豐富,又美味可口,而且製作超簡單!超好吃的,一口接一口,但絕對不會因吃太多而感到內疚! 很適合當簡單的早餐。也適合長途旅行時路上帶著吃的餐點。

全素, 無麩質, 無堅果, 無油,無添加精製糖

材料

  • 3 根 (大) 熟香蕉
  • 3 顆 (中) 軟柿子
  • 5 杯 快速燕麥片
  • 1/4 杯 葡萄乾

作法  

  1. 將烤箱預熱至 (190°C)
  2. 將香蕉和柿子去皮後放入容器中,用叉子將香蕉和柿子壓成泥狀。
  3. 加入5杯燕麥和1/4 杯的葡萄乾,充分拌勻成麵糊狀。
  4. 在烤盤上放上新鮮的香蕉葉(或烘培紙)
  5. 用湯匙一次取適量的燕麥麵糊放到烤盤上,再用叉子輕輕將其輕壓成小圓餅狀(叉子沾水以防沾黏)。
  6. 放入預熱 (190°C) 好的烤箱中烤約20分鐘,直到餅成金黃色。
  7. 將烤好的餅放到架上待涼。
  8. 享受餅乾!

廚房小撇步

  1. 保存:待餅完全冷卻後,裝入保鮮盒放冷藏可保存3-餅裝袋放入冷凍,可保存長達2個月。
    不過盡早吃完比較好喔!
  2. 柿子是季節性的水果,可以改換成當季其他的水果。
Banana & Persimmon Oat Cookies
I always have some healthy oat cookies in the freezer for some busy rush morning in case.
They are nutritious, delicious, and simple to make! Tasty! So good, but don’t come with all the guilt. Perfect for breakfast or food to carry when you travel!

Vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, oil-free, no added sugar

Yield: 20 cookies

Cook time: 20 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 big  ripe bananas
  • 3  ripe soft persimmons
  • 5 C quick oats
  • 1/4 C raisins

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pre-heat oven to (190°C).
  2. To a large mixing bowl add the 3 peeled bananas and 3 peeled persimmon and mash them with a fork.
  3. Add 5 cups of oats and 1/4 C of raisins and mix together well.
  4. Line a baking tray with fresh banana leaf (or baking paper) and scoop the cookie dough onto the baking tray.
  5. Lightly press down with a fork into cookie shapes (Dip the fork into the water to prevenprevent sticking).
  6. Place the tray in the oven at 190°C for 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack and cool completely.
  8. Enjoy the cookies!

  1. Storage: In a sealed container at room temperature for a few days or you can freeze them for another day!
